You also agree by holding the Peachfolio token that it is presented “as is” and that we are not obligated or required to provide any support or services. Any benefits from holding the token are at the discretion of the Peachfolio team and may be removed or amended at our will subject to best endeavours notification on our website. A purchase of the token does not constitute a contract to provide any services via the Site or App.

The responsibility for ensuring compliance with local, state, national, and international law and regulations before you transact and hold the token rests with you, the purchaser, and not the Peachfolio team.

You acknowledge and agree that Peachfolio will not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, or delays you may experience when using the Services. We will not be liable for any losses, damages or claims arising from the use of our Services arising from:

1. Server failure or data loss
2. Corrupted wallet files
3. Unauthorised access to mobile applications
4. Phishing, viruses, third party attacks, or any other unauthorised third party activities.

E.Acceptable Use

When utilising our Services, you acknowledge and agree that you will not violate any law, contract, or intellectual property and that your are solely responsible for your conduct. The following conditions will constitute a breach of our terms of use:

2. Use our Services to conduct illegal activities, including but not limited to illegal gambling, fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

H. Advertised Tokens

The purchase of any advertised products and/or services displayed on the Peachfolio app is done at the users own discretion. We do not accept any liability for any financial loss as a result of investing into an advertised product/service and you agree not to hold Peachfolio liable. It is highly recommended that users conduct their own research and seek the advice of a qualified financial advisor before making any purchases.

By continuing to use and access our Services after any revisions become effective, you will be deemed to have accepte these new terms. If you do not accept the new terms, you must cease use of our Services.
